无芒雀麦( Bromus inermis Leyss.)是一种多年生禾本科牧草,具有强大的适应性、抗逆性、高营养价值与良好适口性,在我国北方草原生态修复与畜牧业发展中占据重要地位。随着草畜矛盾加剧和生态保护需求日益提升,无芒雀麦种质资源的收集保存、鉴定评价及创新利用成为研究热点。为加快无芒雀麦育种进程,助力草原生态修复与优质牧草产业化发展,本文从无芒雀麦种质资源的分布与保存概况、鉴定与评价、创新与利用,以及研究局限与未来展望等方面对我国无芒雀麦种质资源的研究进展进行了综述,提出未来应推动传统育种与现代基因组选择技术深度融合,强化多学科协同创新,加快实现从种质资源优势向产业竞争优势转化,为我国牧草产业高质量可持续发展提供坚实的科技支撑。

Bromus inermis Leyss. is a perennial grass species of the Poaceae family. It is characterized by strong adaptability,high stress resistance, high nutritional value, and good palatability, and plays an important role in grassland ecological restoration andlivestock industry development in northern China. With the increasing contradiction between forage and livestock and the growing de.mand for ecological protection, the collection and conservation, identification and evaluation, as well as innovative utilization of Bro. mus inermis germplasm resource have become research hotspots. To accelerate the breeding process of Bromus inermis and promotegrassland ecological restoration and the industrial development of high-quality forage grass, this paper reviews the research progressof Bromus inermis germplasm resource in China from aspects covering its diversity distribution and conservation, identification andevaluation, innovation and utilization, as well as research limitation and future prospect. It is proposed that future efforts should pro.mote the deep integration of traditional breeding with modern genomic selection technology, strengthen multidisciplinary collaborativeinnovation, and accelerate the transformation from germplasm resource advantage to industrial competitive advantage, thereby provid.ing strong scientific and technological support for the high-quality and sustainable development of the forage industry in China.
