加工型辣椒以其耐贮运性强、加工后经济附加值高、市场需求稳定等特点，已成为当地推动发展农业和农村经济、增加农民收入的主导产业之一。本文基于陇东旱作雨养区气候特征与生产实际，通过多个科研项目实施，从区域布局与品种选择、育苗前准备、育苗、地块选择、整地施肥、起垄覆膜、定植、定植后管理、病虫害绿色防控、采收与采后处理等方面总结了加工型辣椒露地绿色高效栽培技术，旨在为陇东旱作雨养区加工型辣椒产业高质量发展提供技术支撑。
