探究高原夏菜芹菜的产地环境优势,为高原夏菜芹菜的标准化种植、产地优势挖掘及产业提质增效提供科学依据与理论支撑。通过文献查阅和检测,参照相关绿色食品产地环境调查、检测、评价规范与质量标准,对高原夏菜芹菜主产区兰州市榆中县、定西市安定区的气候条件进行了调查,检测分析了土壤和灌溉水质。结果表明,高原夏菜芹菜产地与芹菜原产地地中海沿岸具有非常相似的气候特点,大气、土壤、水质均达到绿色食品的产地质量标准,其中高原夏菜芹菜土壤水分含量为 12~31 g/kg,pH为 7.9~8.6,阳离子交换量为 1.9~6.4 cmol(+)/kg,平均为 4.2 cmol(+)/kg。有机质含量 3.46~16.4 g/kg,平均为 13.4 g/kg;有效磷含量 23.7~106.1 mg/kg,平均为 71.07 mg/kg,速效钾含量 103.0~311.0 mg/kg,平均为 158.4 mg/kg。参照土壤养分分级标准,高原夏菜芹菜土壤属于 2~4级肥力级别。土壤富含磷钾,整体肥力状况良好;土壤铅、镉、铜、总汞、总砷以及铬含量均低于风险安全筛查值,无重金属污染,符合绿色食品产地环境质量标准,水质洁净安全。相比我国中东部中日照芹菜产区,甘肃高原夏菜芹菜产区大气、土壤、水质洁净,日照长,昼夜温差大、气候冷凉干燥,非常适宜芹菜的生长,甘肃高原夏菜芹菜具有得天独厚的环境适应性优势。

This study aimed to explore the environmental advantages of celery production areas in the Plateau Summer Vegeta.ble region and to provide a scientific basis and theoretical support for standardized cultivation, exploration of regional advantages, andimprovement of industrial quality and efficiency. Through literature review and field detection, and with reference to relevant stan.dards and specifications for investigation, monitoring, and evaluation of production environment for green food, the climatic conditionof the main celeryproducing areas, Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City and Anding District of Dingxi City, were investigated, and soil andirrigation water quality were analyzed. Results showed that the production area of Plateau Summer Vegetable celery shares very simi.lar climatic characteristic with the Mediterranean coastal region, the origin of celery. The atmospheric environment, soil, and waterquality all met the environmental quality standard for green food production area. Soil moisture content ranged from 12 to 31 g/kg, soilpH ranged from 7.9 to 8.6, and cation exchange capacity ranged from 1.9 to 6.4 cmol(+)/kg, with an average of 4.2 cmol(+)/kg. Soil or.ganic matter content ranged from 3.46 to 16.4 g/kg with an average of 13.4 g/kg. Available phosphorus content ranged from 23.7 to106.1 mg/kg with an average of 71.07 mg/kg. Available potassium content ranged from 103.0 to 311.0 mg/kg with an average of 158.4mg/kg. According to the soil nutrient classification standard, the soil fertility level of Plateau Summer Vegetable celery belongs tograde 2 to 4. The soil is rich in phosphorus and potassium, indicating overall good fertility status. The content of lead, cadmium, cop.per, total mercury, total arsenic, and chromium in soil were all lower than the risk screening threshold, indicating no heavy metal con.tamination and meeting the environmental quality standard for green food production area. Irrigation water quality was clean and safe.Compared with celery producing areas in central and eastern China with moderate sunlight conditions, the Plateau Summer Vegetablecelery production area in Gansu features clean air, soil, and water, long sunshine duration, large diurnal temperature variation, and acool and dry climate, which are highly suitable for celery growth. Therefore, Plateau Summer Vegetable celery in Gansu possessesunique environmental adaptability advantages.
