为实现兰州百合( Lilium davidii var. unicolor)优质商品籽球的规模化快速繁殖,以兰州百合优质复合鳞茎为试验材料,采用基质槽压埋方式,研究消毒剂、基质类型、不同部位鳞片、植物生长调节剂对鳞片成球的影响,以期为优质种球规模化的繁育提供参考依据。结果表明,不同消毒剂处理对兰州百合鳞片的烂片率、鳞片分化率均无显著影响,但经 0.1 g/kg KMnO4、9%吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮剂 +3%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂处理的鳞片籽球繁殖系数、生根率显著提高。与园土、宁夏中青育苗基质、蛭石相比,丹麦草炭土处理的鳞片繁殖系数、生根率、根数最高,其次是宁夏中青育苗基质、园土处理。兰州百合外层、中层、内层鳞片的鳞片分化率由外向内依次升高,而鳞片籽球繁殖系数、根数由外向内依次降低。在 0~40 mg/L浓度范围内,鳞片压埋的繁殖系数随 6-苄氨基腺嘌呤( 6-BA)浓度的升高而升高, 6-BA浓度达到 40 mg/L时鳞片压埋繁殖系数最高,浓度为 20 mg/L时促根效果最好;萘乙酸( NAA)在 0~200 mg/L浓度范围内,鳞片压埋的繁殖系数、生根率、根数均随 NAA浓度的升高而升高,且 NAA浓度为 200 mg/L时,其根数最多,为 122.00条,较 0 mg/L处理多 102.00条,因此 NAA对鳞片的生根有显著的促进作用。

To achieve the large-scale rapid propagation of high-quality commercial bulbs of Lilium davidii var. unicolor, tak. ing the elite composite bulbs of Lilium davidii var. unicolor as the experimental material, press-burying technology in the substratetrough was conducted to study its effects of disinfectant, substrate type, different parts of scales and plant growth regulators on the bulbformation of Lilium davidii var. unicolor scales, so as to provide a reference for the large-scale pagation of high-quality bulbs. Resultsshowed that there was no significant effect of different disinfectants on the rotten film rate and scale differentiation rate of Lilium davi. dii var. unicolor scales, but the propagation coefficient, rooting rate of scales treated with KMnO4 and 9% pyraclostrobin microcapsulesuspension concentrate + 3% tebuconazole suspension seed treatment agent were significantly increased. The Danish peat soil had thehighest propagation coefficient, rooting rate of scales, number of roots compared to garden soil, Ningxia seedling substrate, and vermic.ulite, followed by Ningxia seedling substrate and garden soil. Scale differentiation rate in the outer, middle, and inner layers of Lilium davidii var. unicolor increased gradually from the outside to the inside, while propagation coefficient, the number of roots decreasedgradually from the outside to the inside. The propagation coefficient of scale-embedding increased with the increase of 6-BA concen.tration within the concentration range of 0 to 40 mg/L, and the highest propagation coefficient of scale-embedding was achieved at a 6-BA concentration of 40 mg/L, and the best root promotion effect was achieved at a concentration of 20 mg/L. Within the concentrationrange of 0 to 200 mg/L of NAA, the propagation coefficient, rooting rate, and the number of roots of scale-embedding increased withthe increase of concentration, the number of roots was the highest at 122.00, which was 102.00 more rootes than that of the 0 mg/Ltreatment when the concentration of NAA reached 200 mg/L. Therefore, NAA had a significant promotion effect on the rooting of scales.
